Feedback for corruption reports

JSCo "RZD" and its subsidiaries have a constantly operating Hot Anti-Corruption Line of JSCo "RZD" in order to increase the effectiveness of measures aimed at preventing corruption and to ensure prompt response to any facts of corruption.

The ways of receiving written reports are as follows:

• via Virtual Reception on the official website of JSCo "RZD" (the subject of the report is "Corruption");
• via email: anticorruption@center.rzd.ru;
• at the legal postal address: Building 1, Novaya Basmannaya Street 2/1, Moscow, 107174, Anti-Corruption Management Center, a structural unit of JSCo "RZD".

The ways of receiving oral reports are as follows:

• by phone: 8 (800) 775-65-66.

Telephone calls are received daily, except for weekends and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Friday) Moscow time.

The personal reception of citizens is held at the Anti-Corruption Management Center on the first Tuesday of each month from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. by the head of the Center or his substitute.
