The RZD Passengers mobile application is a state-of-the art channel for selling tickets which provides all the services that a passenger will need if s/he wants to use the services of a carrier.
The app's main services are:
- timetables for long-distance and suburban trains;
- ticket purchases for long-distance and suburban trains;
- refunds of tickets purchased on the website or the app (in accordance with the refund rules established for those tickets);
- reference information about railway stations;
- navigation at railway stations;
- the display of actual train movements;
- submission of applications, messages and proposals to Russian Railways (passengers can ask a question or obtain advice);
- reference and news information of Russian Railways.
The mobile app for Android platforms can be downloaded from the online app stores Google Play, RuStore and Huawei App Gallery.
