"AgroExpress" is a specialized service operated by "RZD Logistics" and the "Russian Export Center" ("REC") for delivering Russian food products to China using expedited rail freight routes. It offers faster delivery times and reduced transport costs for Russian exporters thanks to the efficient export and import logistics system and potential REC subsidies.
By order of the Government of the Russian Federation, "RZD Logistics" and "REC" have launched the Logistics.Agroexpress digital service on the My Export platform, enabling customers to order deliveries and obtain all the necessary supporting documents for transport cost reimbursement with a single click.
WITH THE DIGITAL SERVICE, CUSTOMERS CAN:
- access all export services, including "RZD Logistics" brokerage, via their personal account on the "My Export" portal;
- place orders and use the platform anywhere with a stable internet connection;
- interact securely through a simple interface;
- save time and streamline existing business processes;
- eliminate paper documentation;

- reduce transit time with container trains;
- track shipments at every stage;
- ship using a single 40-foot container.
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE?
- applying for "RZD Logistics" export shipments;
- arranging customs clearance, obtaining veterinary and phytosanitary certification;
- organizing rail or multimodal shipments starting with a single container;
- tracking shipment status;
- providing guidance on cost recovery documentation for agricultural and food transports.
