DEAR COLLEAGUES!
In all its activities, OJSC Russian Railways adheres to the principles of state policy in the field of combating corruption and the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business. It implements in practice all the requirements mandated under Russian legislation to combat corruption.
Since 2014, from the moment of transition to a fundamentally new, high-quality approach to combatting anti-corruption, significant changes have occurred in a number of areas. A regulatory framework has been created, which, in addition to full compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation, includes its own developments and corporate standards. A functional vertical and mechanisms for identifying and preventing corruption have been formed in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and the recommendations of regulators. An effective system of training and information on combating corruption has been organised.
Confirmation of the Company’s achievements in this area is demonstrated by the fact that among the largest companies in the country, OJSC Russian Railways has become the leader in anti-corruption ratings over the last several years. In addition, the Company has been distinguished by awards from the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs "National Leader of Anti-Corruption Compliance," "For its Leading Role in Promoting Anti-Corruption Principles of Russian Business," and "For Successful Participation of a Group of Companies in the Anti-Corruption Rating of Russian Business."
The Company will of course continue to improve its work on combatting corruption and apply the latest practices in order to meet fully future challenges and remain among the leaders of the business community.
The task of managers at all levels, trade unions, and representatives of the volunteer movement is to work constantly to create an atmosphere that absolutely rejects corruption in any of its manifestations in teams.
All employees at OJSC Russian Railways, regardless of their position and merit, must unconditionally follow the standards of corporate conduct, be concerned about cases and examples of corruption and respond to them without fail. The Company has created all the necessary conditions for success in this area. Violators will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
