To submit an application for the transportation of an organised group of passengers with bicycles, please contact the Customer Support Centre at OJSC Russian Railways by calling toll-free 8 (800) 775-00-00 (24 hours a day).
Applications are accepted at least five working days before the departure date of the commuter train.
When submitting an application, passengers must provide the following information to the Customer Support Centre operator:
- date of travel;
- train departure time;
- departure station for an organised group;
- train arrival time;
- destination station for an organised group;
- number of people in the group.
- Please prepare this information in advance.
The provision of services for the transportation of organised groups of passengers with bicycles is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Transporting Bicycles on Commuter Trains established by commuter passenger companies*.
