Passengers with disabilities can book tickets for specialised seats/berths on the website by indicating their personal insurance policy number (SNILS) in the User’s personal account by going to their personal account. Checking whether passengers have a disability and need to use a wheelchair in order to accord them priority when booking and issuing tickets is carried out automatically based on the information contained in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons. The conditions for booking and issuing tickets for specialised seats/berths for the disabled can be found below.

For specialised seats/berths for the disabled, it is possible to book tickets using Social Fund of Russia (formerly Social Insurance Fund) and Ministry of Social Development and Labour coupons. Detailed information can be found here.
4-seater/berth specialised compartment in long-distance trains
A passenger with a disability and one accompanying person can book tickets for places 21 and 22 or 23 and 24 in a 4-seater/berth specialised compartment via the website by indicating SNILS in the User’s personal account.
Please note that vacant seats/berths can be purchased by other passengers with limited mobility.
When minors are travelling with a disabled person and his/her companion, it is possible to book seats/berths for their travel in a 4-seat/berth specialised compartment at ticket offices, on the website of OJSC Russian Railways, and on the mobile web app in one order.
*****BOOKING ELECTRONIC TICKETS REMOTELY FOR SEATS/BERTHS FOR THE DISABLED WITH DEFERRED PAYMENT
The service is provided to passengers travelling in a wheelchair who are not enrolled in an Individual Rehabilitation Programme and to foreign citizens.
The deadline for submitting an application is at least 2 days before the departure of the train from the starting station of the journey.
To apply for the remote purchase of electronic tickets for seats/berths for the disabled with deferred payment, passengers must fill out an electronic form and check the box "Requires remote booking of an electronic ticket for a seat/berth for the disabled with deferred payment".
The ID number for the electronic ticket order and the invoice are then sent to the e-mail address or mobile phone number which the passenger specified in the application. Payment for the invoice must be made within 24 hours. In this case, there is no need to make an additional application at a ticket office.
