The new international "Lastochka" express trains No. 717/718 and No. 721/722 between Moscow and Minsk run twice a day.

The trains will run during the day with morning and evening services.

Passengers can view the layout and designs of the carriages under "Lastochka New Standard-Premium" in the section High-Speed Trains.

"Lastochka" trains with Premium configuration are specially designed for comfortable travel on long-distance routes.

Each train has 5 carriages capable of carrying 349 passengers.

Passengers are offered a choice of 3 service classes:

  • Business class (a specially designated area in carriage No. 5, 1Р with meals);
  • Economy class (2Р with services);
  • Basic class (2Ж), no services, transportation of pets is possible).

"Lastochka" trains are equipped with climate control systems with an air disinfection function, LED lighting, bio-toilets, sanitisers and coolers, as well as information display boards.

Business and economy class passengers can access the onboard multimedia portal Travel Companion [Travel Guide] with entertainment content such as films, books, music and printed publications.

On board the train you can buy food, souvenirs and items for the journey by paying cash in Russian roubles or making non-cash payments using bank cards attached to the international payment systems.

For passengers with disabilities, the Lastochka provides wheelchair lifts, as well as dedicated seats/berths with a wheelchair mount and a button to call the conductor.

On "Lastochka" trains running between Moscow – Minsk – Moscow:

  • passengers with pets are transported in special carriages for travelling with animals;
  • passengers travelling with pets in other carriages of these trains are not allowed, except for visually impaired passengers (blind and visually impaired) travelling with guide dogs;
  • pets must be carried in containers/cages whose total size as sum of three dimensions does not exceed 200 cm and place in the spaces intended for accommodating hand luggage;
  • large dogs cannot be transported.

No additional fee for the transportation of pets between Russia – the Republic of Belarus – Russia is charged.
