Born on 16 June 1980 in Partizansk, Primorsky Territory.
In 2002, he graduated from the Far Eastern State Transport University with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management. He is an economist and manager.
He began his career in rail transport in 2002 as an economist at the Smolyaninovo Locomotive Depot at Far Eastern Railways held a variety of posts before becoming the Deputy Head of the Vladivostok branch of Railways for Economics and Finance.
In 2007, he moved to Yekaterinburg, where he held the positions of Deputy Head of the Economic Service at Sverdlovsk Railways, Deputy Head of the Sverdlovsk Department of Railways for Economics and Finance, Head of the Economic Service and Deputy Head of the Railways for Economics and Finance.
Since 2015, he has been First Deputy Head of Sverdlovsk Railways for Economics, Finance and Corporate Coordination.
On April 9, 2019, he was appointed head of Sverdlovsk Railways.
In August 2023, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Russian Railways with responsibility for passenger transportation. |
