He was born on 21 September 1974 in Russia’s Novosibirsk Region.
In 1997, he graduated from the Siberian State Academy of Railway Engineering with a degree in Railway Construction, Track and Track Facilities with a qualification as Railway Engineer-Builder.
He began his career in rail transport in 1997 as a track fitter on the Novosibirsk Track Division at West Siberian Railways. He then worked as a foreman responsible for current track maintenance and repair, a track foreman, head of a track section on the Novosibirsk Track Division at West Siberian Railways, deputy head of the Kamensky Track Division, head of the Barabinsk Track Division, deputy head of the Altai branch of West Siberian Railways and head of Track Service at the West Siberian Infrastructure Directorate.
From 1 November 2012 to 1 September 2013 – Head of the West Siberian Infrastructure Directorate.
From 2 September 2013 to 22 November 2020 – Head of the October Infrastructure Directorate.
From 23 November 2020 to 24 October 2021 – First Deputy Head of the Central Infrastructure Directorate.
On 25 October 2021, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Russian Railways – Head of the Central Infrastructure Directorate. |
