Anatoliy Chabunin Deputy Managing Director – Head of the Internal Control and Audit

Mr. Chabunin was born in 1960 in Novosibirsk region.
He graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Economy in 1990 with a degree in Finance and Credit.
Mr. Chabunin began his professional career at the Elektrosignal plant in Novosibirsk. After serving in the army, he worked in the financial department of the administration of the Chanovsky District of Novosibirsk Region, the Chanovsky District Department of the Federal Treasury and the East Siberian Contract Corporation. He also served as Head of the Budget and Finance Department of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Head of the Financial and Economic Department and then Head of the Financial Department of the Federal Energy Agency. Mr. Chabunin then became Deputy Head and then Head of the Federal Road Agency.
2013-2015 – Deputy Head, Federal Service for Financial and Budgetary Oversight.
September 2015 – Appointed Director for Internal Control and Audit, JSC Russian Railways.
October 2015 – Appointed Vice President of JSC Russian Railways.
November 2017 – Appointed Deputy Managing Director of JSC Russian Railways – Director for Internal Control and Audit, JSC Russian Railways. |
