Vyacheslav Pavlovskiy Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Pavlovskiy was born in 1956.
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union in 1978. He speaks Indonesian, Spanish and English.
Mr. Pavlovskiy has been in diplomatic service since 1978.
He worked at embassies in Indonesia (1978 and 1982-1984), the Netherlands (1992-1996) and served as Consul General of the USSR in Surabaya, Indonesia (1978-1982).
2001-2004 – Consul General of the Russian Federation in New York.
2004-2008 – Director, the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
2008-2009 – Head of the Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
January 2006 – Appointed Member of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
December 2009-present – Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
July 2010 – Appointed Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Norway.
May 2016 – Appointed Vice President of JSC Russian Railways.
November 2017 – Appointed Deputy Managing Director of JSC Russian Railways. |
