A 50% discount on seats/berths in a sleeper carriage and on seats/berths in a compartment carriage is available to disabled children and one accompanying person, passengers in Disability Group I and one accompanying person who are members of the "RZD Bonus" loyalty programme with an assigned unique status.
To assign a unique status, please contact the support service by phone 8 (800) 100-10-00 or email bonushelp@fpc.ru and provide the following:
- SNILS;
- numbers of the "RZD Bonus" loyalty programme participants (yours and your accompanying person).
Checking for disability in Disability Group I or "disabled child" status in order to provide a discount is carried out in accordance with information from the Federal Register of Disabled Persons.
Passengers can also contact the Federal Passenger Company ticket office at least 10 calendar days before purchasing tickets to have a unique status assigned. In order to register, passengers will need:
- identity documents;
- numbers of the "RZD Bonus" loyalty programme participants (yours and your accompanying person);
- a document confirming a disability under Disability Group I or a disabled child (Disability Evaluation Board certificate or Social Security Medical Assessment Board certificate).
A ticket for an accompanying person’s journey is issued only if tickets for disabled children or a disabled person under Disability Group I are booked at the same time.
If you are planning your next trip with another accompanying person, please contact the loyalty programme support service by phone 8 (800) 100-10-00, email bonushelp@fpc.ru, or use the feedback form on the website rzd-bonus.ru at least 3 days before purchasing tickets. Please be ready to provide the "RZD Bonus" card number of your accompanying person.
If you are not yet using special privileges, please register on the website rzd-bonus.ru in order to participate in the "RZD Bonus" loyalty programme. After registration, call the hotline on 8 (800) 100-10-00 or visit a Federal Passenger Company ticket office to be assigned a unique status.
If you are uncomfortable registering on the website, please contact the ticket office or the administrator at the station, and they will help you to fill out the form.
Attention! The discount can be used after receiving confirmation of the assignment of a unique status.
The fee for using a set of bed linen/the cost of a set of services is charged in full.
The discount is provided at the rates applicable at the time the tickets are booked.

*** Tickets at special rates can be purchased at long-distance ticket offices, on the rzd.ruwebsite and through the "RZD Passengers" mobile app. The discount is provided on Federal Passenger Company trains only when travelling within the territory of the Russian Federation. The discount is not applicable in conjunction with other special fares/discounts. When booking a free ticket for the journey of a disabled child under 5 years of age (without occupying a separate seat/berth), a travel discount for the accompanying person is not provided.
