Finist. Universal scheme — for all routes

Services
During the journey, passengers are offered items for the journey, drinks and snacks (for an additional fee).
To search for luggage and items left on the train, passengers must fill out an electronic application, indicating their name, ticket number, phone number, email and the last four digits of the document number for which the ticket was issued. Passengers will also need to write a description of the leftluggage or items and indicate the supposed place in the carriage where they were left.
After the application has been processed, the passenger will be asked to identify their possessions from photographs. The passenger will be informed about the results of the search for lost luggage and items.
Searches for lost luggage and items can only be carried out within 30 days from the start of the journey.
