Public offer for participation in the special marketing offer of OJSC Russian Railways Business Travel Card
1. General Provisions
1.1. Terms and Definitions
1.1.1. A Holder of a Business Travel card/electronic card is an individual and a user of rail transport services who has accepted this public offer and booked the Business Travel Card/electronic card.
1.1.2. The Business Travel card is a plastic carrier with the identification number of the participant in the marketing promotion.
1.1.3. The Business Travel card/electronic card is a virtual carrier of the identification number of the participant in the marketing promotion, which has been generated in the personal account of a user of the rzd.ru or in the RZD Passengers app.
1.1.4. DOSS is the Russian abbreviation of the High-Speed Service Directorate, which is a branch of OJSC Russian Railways and a carrier for the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains.
1.1.5. SCMA means the Single Client Mobile App of OJSC Russian Railways – RZD Passengers.
1.1.6. DOSS sales points are DOSS ticketing and cash centres in Moscow and St. Petersburg and ticket offices on DOSS "Sapsan" trains.
1.1.7. The OJSC Russian Railways website is the official corporate web portal of OJSC Russian Railways and is located at: rzd.ru.
1.2. Terms and procedure for acceptance of a public offer
1.2.1. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer of OJSC Russian Railways to participate in the special marketing campaign Business Travel card (hereinafter referred to as the marketing campaign) is a public offer.
1.2.2. The participant in the marketing campaign, as a user of rail transport services, confirms his/her right and legal capacity and financial solvency, and also understands the responsibility for the obligations imposed on him/her as a result of acceptance of this public offer.
1.2.3. This public offer contains all the essential conditions of participation in the marketing campaign.
1.2.4. The fact confirming the full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions set out below, and the acceptance of this public offer when applying for the Business Travel card/electronic card as the user of rail transport services – the user of the website of OJSC Russian Railways (in the section Business Travel Card) or SCMA (in the section "My Cards") – is done by placing a mark in the field confirming agreement with the terms of the public offer, as well as by clicking the "Pay" button in the SCMA.
1.2.5. The fact confirming the full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions set out below, and the acceptance of this public offer when applying for a Business Travel card is given by the signature of the user of rail transport services in the questionnaire provided for completion at the points of sale of the Business Travel card.
1.3. The procedure for amending the terms of the public offer
1.3.1. OJSC Russian Railways has the right to change unilaterally the terms of this public offer at any time without prior approval from the holders of the Business Travel card/electronic card, while ensuring the publication of the amended terms on the website of OJSC Russian Railways and in the SCMA at least one day before they are put into effect, including:
1.3.1.1. Changing the parameters of the proposed types and subtypes of Business Travel cards/electronic cards, including their cost, period of validity, number of prepaid trips, period for returning the ticket/electronic ticket to refund an unused trip;
1.3.1.2. Introducing new types and subtypes of tariff plans for the Business Travel cards/electronic cards.
The rights of OJSC Russian Railways specified in subparagraphs 1.3.1.1 and 1.3.1.2 of this public offer do not apply to the Business Travel cards/electronic cards purchased by the participants of the promotion before the introduction of the relevant changes.
1.4. Conditions for participation of users of rail transport services in the marketing promotion
1.4.1. OJSC Russian Railways offers the service of participation in the marketing promotion to an individual who is a user of rail transport services.
1.4.2. The Business Travel card/electronic card allows the holder to book tickets and electronic tickets for the following trains:
Single and return "Sapsan" trains operated by DOSS between Moscow – St. Petersburg, as well as single and return trains between Moscow – Tver, including sections of the trains’ route from and to the stopping points and stations available along the "Sapsan" trains’ route.
The Business Travel Card "Sapsan" Club rail card allows holders to issue tickets and electronic tickets for travel on all routes of the Sapsan trains operated by DOSS.
"Lastochka" trains operated by DOSS, including sections of the trains’ route from and to the stopping points and stations along the trains’ route.
1.4.3. The Business Travel rail card/electronic card is personalised and allows holders to issue tickets/electronic tickets only for its holders.
1.4.4. The personal data of the holders of the Business Travel Cards are stored, processed and used by OJSC Russian Railways for the purpose of implementing the marketing campaign and can be used to send out information materials about the marketing campaign by mail, when handling claims, and to provide the "Concierge Service."
1.4.5. The holders of the Business Travel Card consent to DOSS and DOSS partners processing their personal information (including personal data) of the holders of Business Travel cards, to the transfer by DOSS of the personal information of holders of Business Travel cards to DOSS partners for the purpose of providing the Concierge Service to holders of Business Travel cards and to give notification about the service provided.
Holders of Business Travel cards/electronic cards hereby consent to the recording of telephone conversations with the Concierge Service support service and other DOSS representatives.
2. Tariff plans for Business Travel cards/electronic cards
2.1. Users of rail transport services may apply for Business Travel cards/electronic cards in accordance with the Tariff Plans presented in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 to this public offer.

2.2. The cost of Business Travel cards/electronic cards includes the cost of providing passenger transportation services on the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains based on the number of journeys specified for each specific type and subtype of the Business Travel cards/electronic cards in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 to this public offer.
2.3. The cost of Business Travel cards/electronic cards includes the cost of providing services for the maximum permissible service class for each type and subtype of Business Travel cards/electronic cards based on the number of trips specified for each specific type and subtype of the Business Travel cards/electronic cards in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 to this public offer. Information on the list of services provided for each service class of the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train is posted on the website of OJSC Russian Railways.
2.4. When holders of Business Travel cards/electronic cards travel on "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains, services are provided in the amount corresponding to the service class in the carriage in which the journey is made. The difference in the cost of services is not refunded.
2.5. Business Travel cards/electronic cards for Lastochka trains operated by the carrier DOSS High-Speed Service Directorate, a branch of JSC Russian Railways, do not apply to "Lastochka" trains on the Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod route.
2.6. Information about the zero cost and the word "PREPAID" are printed in the details of the travel document/electronic ticket.
3. Registration of the Business Travel card/electronic card
3.1. After accepting the terms of this public offer (Clauses 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 of this public offer), the user of rail transport services undertakes the procedure for registering his/her participation in the marketing campaign by providing the necessary data, including personal data, both when registering on the Russian Railways’ website and in the SCMA, and at DOSS sales points.
3.2. After registering the Business Travel card/electronic card, the holder of the Business Travel card/electronic card is assigned a personal identification number that matches the number of the Business Travel card/electronic card. The assigned identification number is the basis for registering a ticket or an electronic ticket according to a special tariff plan.
3.3. The holder of the Business Travel card/electronic card is personally responsible for disclosing the identification number of the participant in the marketing campaign linked to the Business Travel card/electronic card and agrees to this condition.
3.4. The Business Travel card for "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains can be obtained from the conductor-cashier of carriage 6 (and 16 when the train is travelling in double mode with twice the number of carriages) of the "Sapsan" train (hereinafter referred to as the conductor-cashier), as well as at the DOSS ticket and cash desks in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The addresses and working hours of the DOSS ticket office and cash desks are posted on the official website of OJSC Russian Railways in the "Ticket Offices and Terminals" section.
3.5. The Business Travel electronic card can be obtained on the website of OJSC Russian Railways and at the SCMA.
3.6. The Business Travel card can be issued for cash and non-cash (by bank card) payments. When booking a Business Travel card en route from a conductor-cashier, payment by bank card is possible if an Internet connection is available on the terminal equipment.
3.7. The Business Travel electronic card can be booked for non-cash (by bank card) payments.
3.8. Business Travel travel/electronic cards cannot be exchanged, returned or restored.
3.9. The start date of the Business Travel electronic card is specified by the user of the SCMA or the OJSC Russian Railways’ website independently during the booking process.
The start date of the Business Travel card is set by an employee at the DOSS sales point based on the start date specified by the user of rail transport services in the questionnaire provided for completion at the DOSS sales points.
3.10. The validity period of the booked or issued Business Travel rail/electronic card is indicated on the form of the receipt for various fees (in the case of booking at the DOSS point of sale) or on the form of the electronic receipt for various fees (in the case of booking and issuance at the SCMA or on the website of OJSC Russian Railways).
3.11. After purchasing the Business Travel rail/electronic card, the date when the validity commences cannot be adjusted.
4. The booking, return, and re-booking of a journey using a ticket/electronic ticket
4.1. It is possible to book/issue a ticket using the Business Travel card/electronic card for travel on "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains at long-distance ticket offices at stations along the route of the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train, at DOSS ticket and cash centres, with the conductor-cashier of the "Sapsan" train, on the website of OJSC Russian Railways, and at the SCMA during the validity period of the issued Business Travel card/electronic card.
4.2. When booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket using the Business Travel card/electronic card, the same personal data must be indicated that were indicated when booking the Business Travel card/electronic card. Otherwise, booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket is impossible.
4.3. When booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card from the departure station to the destination station along the route of a "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train, regardless of which stations are selected, the trip along the entire route is debited from the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card.
4.4. An electronic ticket can be booked/issued using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card for seats on the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train on the Russian Railways website and in the SCMA.
4.5. An electronic ticket can be booked/issued using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card for its holder by a third party on the Russian Railways website and in the SCMA.
4.1. It is possible to book/issue a ticket using the Business Travel card/electronic card for travel on "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" trains at long-distance ticket offices at stations along the route of the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train, at DOSS ticket and cash centres, with the conductor-cashier of the "Sapsan" train, on the website of OJSC Russian Railways, and at the SCMA during the validity period of the issued Business Travel card/electronic card.
4.2. When booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket using the Business Travel card/electronic card, the same personal data must be indicated that were indicated when booking the Business Travel card/electronic card. Otherwise, booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket is impossible.
4.3. When booking/issuing a ticket/electronic ticket using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card from the departure station to the destination station along the route of a Sapsan/Lastochka train, regardless of which stations are selected, the trip along the entire route is debited from the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card.
4.4. An electronic ticket can be booked/issued using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card for seats on the "Sapsan"/"Lastochka" train on the Russian Railways website and in the SCMA.
4.5. An electronic ticket can be booked/issued using the Business Prospect travel card/electronic card for its holder by a third party on the Russian Railways website and in the SCMA.

* In accordance with the general rules for booking/issuing and returning electronic tickets, the return of an electronic ticket which has been previously booked/issued using the Business Travel card by way of the Russian Railways’ website and in the RZD Passengers mobile app, is possible during the period at least 1 hour before the train’s departure from the initial station on the route.
4.7. The return of a ticket/electronic ticket booked/issued using the Business Travel travel/electronic card is possible later than the dates specified in Table 5 in accordance with Order No. 352 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage and Cargo Baggage by Rail" issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on 5 September 2022. In this case, an unused trip is not restored.
