International staff training
Together with our foreign partners, as well as within international organizations the Company is implementing programs to establish specialized qualified personnel training centers on the basis of leading Russian universities.
One of the efficient forms of staff training and study of practical experiences is the regular exchange of young executives and experts.
Within its perimeter Russian Railways Holding Company has a dedicated Corporate University – the principal forge of executive cadres for the Company and modern corporate business school of international level. Today, the portfolio of the Russian Railways Corporate University includes more than 300 educational solutions.
In addition to that we have a Professional Staff Training Centre, which is focused on educating staff in various technical disciplines.
