Ms. Gnedkova was born in 1960.

 

In 1981, she graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with a degree in Accounting.

 

2000-2002 – Head, Financial Service of the West Siberian Railway, Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation.

 

2002-2003 – Head, Financial Service of the Moscow Railway State Unitary Enterprise.

 

2003-2004 – Deputy Head of the Moscow Railway – Head of the Financial Service; Deputy Head of Economics and Finance of the Moscow Railway.

 

2004-2005 – Head, Financial Management Department, JSC Russian Railways.

 

2005 – Appointed Head of the Corporate Finance Department, JSC Russian Railways; Member of the Management Board, JSC Russian Railways.

 

2017 – Appointed Director for Economics and Finance, JSC Russian Railways; Member of the Management Board, JSC Russian Railways.

 

March 2018 – Appointed Deputy Managing Director of JSC Russian Railways.
