Russian Railways draws attention to the fact that it has not given anyone permission to use the designations "Russian Railways," "Sapsan" and "Lastochka" as part of the domain names of websites and as elements of their design. Their use on any internet websites, with the exception of the official website of Russian Railways https://www.eng.rzd.ru, https://new-www.nu.oooinex.ru and the mobile application called "RZD Passengers," is illegal.
We would like to remind you that purchasing tickets from unverified websites on the Internet can lead to travel disruption and theft of personal and bank card details.
Russian Railways is not liable for any adverse consequences that may arise from the purchase of railway tickets from third parties.

Check any information, including information on train timetables and ticket availability, with the official RZD website https://www.eng.rzd.ru, https://new-www.nu.oooinex.ru or the RZD Passengers mobile app.
Purchase railway tickets through the ticket offices of railway stations, the official website https://www.eng.rzd.ru, https://new-www.nu.oooinex.ru or through the RZD Passengers mobile app, as well as by calling 8 (800) 250-15-20 (24 hours a day, the call is free).
If you have fallen victim to online fraud and your funds have been illegally debited, please contact the law enforcement authorities immediately, either in person or by contacting the Electronic Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
